How to Redeem:  If you have a FREE EXTENDED 1 YEAR WARRANTY promotion inserted within your package, please scan the QR Code with your smartphone camera to register.  You will be directed to an automated chat for your convenience where you can enter your order number and customer information.  When the information is entered accurately, Lavatory Smith will register you for your extended warranty. 

 

Coverage: If your product is physically damaged in any way, we will replace it within your warranty period.  We will ship the product to within the United States free of charge. 

 

Eligibility:  Only one redemption per customer account.  Order numbers will be required to validate.  Warranty expires after 1 year from product purchase date.  Only eligible for redemption within the United States at this time.
